Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These terms have two parts: the rules for using this website, and the rules for working with me (Saadullah Khan, a freelance Flutter developer). A written quote or agreement for your project comes first if it says something different.

Using this website

The design, text, code and photos on this site are mine. Please don’t copy or reuse them without my written permission. The site is provided as it is, and I don’t promise it will always be available or error free.

Starting a project

Sending a brief doesn’t create a contract. After I read it, I send a written quote with the scope, the price, the delivery plan and the payment schedule. A quote is valid for 14 days. The project starts when you accept the quote and I receive any payment the quote asks for at the start.

Scope and changes

I work to the scope in the quote. Reasonable revisions inside that scope are included. New features or changes outside it are quoted separately before I start them.

Payment

The quote sets the payment schedule for each project. Invoices are due by the date shown on them. I may pause work if a payment is late. The price is fixed unless the scope changes.

What I need from you

Delays on your side can move the delivery dates.

Delivery and acceptance

I only hand over an app when I’m confident it’s ready for your users. You have 7 days after delivery to test it and tell me about problems in the agreed scope. If I hear nothing in that time, the work is treated as accepted.

Fixes after delivery

For 14 days after final delivery, I fix bugs in the agreed scope at no extra cost. This doesn’t cover new features, changed requirements, or problems caused by operating system updates, third-party services or changes made by other people.

Ownership and my portfolio

When you have paid in full, you own the final app and its source code that I wrote for you. I keep ownership of my own tools, templates and general know-how, and I give you the right to use any of them that are part of the delivered work. I may show the project in my portfolio unless you ask me not to, or the quote says it is confidential.

Confidentiality

I keep your project information private and use it only for your project. I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if you need one.

Stores and third parties

Google Play, the App Store and other services make their own decisions. I can’t promise that an app will be approved, or that a third-party service will stay available or keep its prices.

Cancelling

You can cancel a project at any time by telling me in writing. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and I hand over what is finished once that is paid.

Liability

I do my work with care, but I can’t promise an app will make money or work in every situation. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project, and I’m not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit.

Law and disagreements

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless your quote says otherwise. If we work through a platform such as Upwork, that platform’s terms also apply. If we disagree, let’s first talk and try to solve it in good faith before taking any other step.

Changes and contact

I may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. A project is covered by the terms that applied when you accepted its quote. Questions: soft.engnr10@gmail.com.
